Come and learn how to make a stained-glass piece in one class. For beginners and those that want more practice. You will have all you need to make your first stained glass piece (except gloves, and safety glasses bring your own or buy a pair here at Art Club Studio) A drink wine, soda specialty drink or tea and appetizers will also be included. The Class will supply: * Glass Cut in the pattern that you choose. You can request different colors. Stained glass are available in various textures and opacities. * We also supply the other tools needed for making stained glass. * Copper Foil Tape and wire: This tape is used to wrap the edges of each glass piece, creating a smooth surface for soldering. * Soldering Iron: You'll need a soldering iron, solder, and soldering flux to join the copper foil-wrapped glass pieces together securely. * Grinder: A tool use for shaping the glass. We also supply hand glass grinders. * Chain and jump rings. We also supply air cleaners to suck up the solder smoke. We also have soldering iron tip cleaners. YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN Safety Gear: Safety glasses and gloves are crucial to protect yourself from glass shards and soldering hazards (We will have some here for purchase.) I do have for sale safety glasses 5.00 and Medium sized gloves for 5.00 here at the studio. This class will allow for 3 to 4 hours of time to make your first creation so you are not rushed, you might not need that much time. Pick the design you want when you reserve your spot and we will have the glass cut and ready for you. This class has been requested by many people, so I am sure it will fill up fast. We do need a deposit because of all the supplies that are needed for the class. There are no refunds but if you need to cancel, I will work with you to reschedule your class so it will always be a win, win.
