Come and learn how to make a stained-glass piece. Beginners You will have all you need to make your first stained glass piece (except gloves, and safety glasses bring your own or buy a pair here at Art Club Studio) A drink and a snack will also be included. The Class will supply: * Glass Sheets: Choose a variety of colored glass sheets and scraps for your projects. Stained glass sheets are available in various textures and opacities. * Glass Cutter: A good-quality glass cutter is your best friend. It will allow you to cut glass sheets into the desired shapes. We have different cutters that you can try. We also supply the other tools needed for making stained glass. * Copper Foil Tape: This tape is used to wrap the edges of each glass piece, creating a smooth surface for soldering. * Soldering Iron: You'll need a soldering iron, solder, and soldering flux to join the copper foil-wrapped glass pieces together securely. * Pattern: Start with simple patterns designed for beginners. As you gain experience, you can explore more complex designs. * Grinder: A tool use for shaping the glass. We also supply hand glass grinders. * Chain and jump rings. We also supply air cleaners to suck up the solder smoke. We also have soldering iron tip cleaners. YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN Safety Gear: Safety glasses and gloves are crucial to protect yourself from glass shards and soldering hazards (We will have some here for purchase.) I do have for sale safety glasses 5.00 and Medium sized gloves for 5.00 here at the studio. This class will allow for 7 hours of time to make your first creation so you are not rushed This class April 26th and 3 hours and 30 mins and if you need more time, you can come back May 3rd from 6:30 to 10PM to finish if needed. This class has been requested by many people, so I am sure it will fill up fast. 95.00 is the price of the class and you can pay in 2 payments. We do need a deposit because of all the supplies that are needed for the class. There are no refunds but if you need to cancel, I will work with you to reschedule your class so it will always be a win, win.
